Each design arrives packaged in our signature ultrasuede jewelry box. Customized with a selection of fabric colors and personalized with an embossed name or initials — our complimentary jewelry box is sustainably designed with a removable insert intended for continued use as a storage keepsake.
Each design is custom created, just for you. Please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be created followed by 2-3 business days for shipping. Login to your account here to see the status of your order and you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship domestically within the United States only, but we hope to expand internationally in the near future. We believe that most often, the simpler, most efficient shipping method is the best — so we offer Complimentary 2-Day Shipping via FedEx on all orders.
Your order is also fully insured, with the option to require a signature.
Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes. Due to the complexity of your custom order, all orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive. Stay up to date with every phase of the creation process in your account. We will also send you email updates to track your order’s journey from start to finish.
We offer this option. We have two shipping options — 2-Day Shipping Signature Required and 2-Day Shipping (no Signature Required).

You may return eligible* Silent Opus designs within 30 days of delivery, otherwise we offer store credit. Returns and exchanges must be in good condition and undamaged. For returns, please follow our Return process here.
At this time, we cannot process returns for any design that has been modified by another jeweler.
*The Statement Ring, Milestone Ring and Milestone bracelet are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Products that have been engraved are eligible for exchange or store credit only (excludes Necklace tags).
For exchanges, please follow our Exchange process here. We will initiate a return for the original item. Once received, we will place a new order for your exchanged item.

We believe this word can be a bit misleading, so we’d love to share a bit on our approach:
All of our designs are made using gemstones that pass strict ethical and quality standards. Our 14k gold is 100% post consumer recycled, meaning it is salvaged from old jewelry and scrap gold — leftover from previous productions — which is the most sustainable, industry-standard option. Alloys are sourced from industrial byproducts like electronics. We can attest that no people or animals were harmed in the making of your design.
Our materials and processes are independently reviewed and certified by The RJC (Responsible Jewelry Council) and the SRSP (Signet Responsible Sourcing). Our 100% recycled gold is certified by SCS Global Services.
In a world where we’re often simply trading up for newer and trendier things, we ultimately believe the most sustainable option is to shop for quality and longevity. It’s our hope that by commemorating life’s most important moments through our designs, we will purchase less and more intentionally — creating a less wasteful, more sustainable future.
Our team in Mumbai India combines the latest technologies with generational craftsmanship to create each individual design — one at a time. We’re obsessed with finding new ways to develop our products and embrace technologies that help us improve quality and efficiency (like 3D printing each design in wax rather than the traditional method of creating a metal or rubber mold). But we also believe that the art of craftsmanship can’t be replicated by machines, so the most creative processes are still done by hand. From printing, to polishing, to packaging — many amazing people are involved in each creation, all of whom add story and soul to the journey of your final piece.

Our designs are made with 14k solid gold, which means they won’t tarnish or fade — as well as water safe (pools OK). Avoid wearing bracelets and delicate designs during rigorous activity.
For everyday cleaning, we recommend a simple rinse with gentle soap and water.
For a monthly deep cleanse, use our sustainable jewelry cleaning pen — included in every order.
1. Take off any pieces you plan on cleaning.
2. To use — remove the pen’s cap and twist until the cleaning solution is released.
3. Brush along the surface of your piece, gently scrubbing to remove dirt and residues. Take care around any gemstone settings and engravings.
4. Rinse with water and air dry.
We aim to be as inclusive as possible, so each design comes in either expanded sizes or a single, universal fit:
Rings: 4 to 12, including half sizes
Necklaces: 14” - 20”
Bracelets: 5.5" - 8”
Bangles: 15cm - 20cm

Use a ribbon or string to measure your finger in millimeters, then match to the corresponding ring size (US Standard). For in-between sizes we suggest rounding up.
We offer 1 complimentary ring sizing, regardless of your design. To request a resizing at no cost, kindly email us at [email protected] Note that eternity rings (Core, Milestone, Duo Rings) are recreated if resized and may take up to 3 weeks.
It’s important to us that your design lasts a lifetime (and beyond) but if there happens to be a flaw, like a loose stone, you will likely know within the first year. Just to be safe, we’ve got you covered for three years after the date of your purchase and will happily cover any damages due to flawed craftsmanship or materials within that time frame. Simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll make things right.
Your warranty does not cover lost pieces, modifications by third party jewelers, or normal wear and tear — like scratches and bent rings.
