We asked Elena, how can we utilize our inner strength to inspire & uplift others? 

"Make daily decisions that bring you further into alignment with who you are."

Elena: Respect other people’s paths and give each other some grace. We are all learning different life lessons at different times, and we have so much to learn from each other. 

 

 

How can we embrace vulnerability as a source of strength, allowing us to connect deeply with ourselves and others?

Elena: To hold compassion and understanding for others because we would want the same in return. We can only understand others as deeply as we understand ourselves. 


What daily practices or rituals do you do that can help foster emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, fortifying our inner strength in a sustainable way?

Elena: It’s taken years of trial and error to figure out what works best for my well-being. And I’m always evolving so it changes with me.

Elena: I’ve learned the power of subtraction; removing things from your life and embracing a few aligned rituals and relationships.

What does it mean to cultivate a profound sense of inner strength, and how can we nurture and develop it throughout our lives?

"I like the analogy of the storm - when you’re in the middle of the storm, if you try to look up and into the distance, you could fall. It’s best to look down at your feet, and place one foot in front of the other" 

Elena: Inner strength, for me, is the ability to move forward in life. It is the foundation that allows me to flow. It’s trusting myself. And it doesn’t come from always making the right decision. It comes from learning and growing through life.

We started Silent Opus to create more soulful connections because we believe the jewelry we wear is much more than an accessory. It’s a vessel to communicate what’s most meaningful to us — beyond words.
